Pat WelshFounder, Patrick Welsh

Originally from Baltimore, MD Pat earned Economics and Speech Communications degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where he was also an All American on the 1986 NCAA National Champion Men's Lacrosse Team.  From 1990-1997 Pat built, trained, managed, and motivated a direct sales team contributing to 500 million in sales of environmentally conscious products.

Pat has spent the last 10 years creating and developing this ShopToEarn platform that couples networking and e-commerce. By forming partnerships with the biggest names in retail while seeking out positive partnerships with the finest green companies, our mission of helping people become healthier and wealthier is being realized by many.

From Massachusetts, Dan’s journey through life has taken him from College in Massachusetts, a tour in the United States Marine Corps, Real Estate Development/Sales, Professional Golf, and several Business Ventures such as a Golf Cart Business and Golf Course Management Business. Dan spent the last five years serving as Vice President of Sales of a Top-10 Bedding Manufacturer in North Carolina. Mark 'Soda' SoderquistPresident of ShopToEarth, Mark Soderquist

Growing up on the beach in Carlsbad, CA, Mark “Soda” Soderquist developed an early appreciation for nature and the importance of protecting and preserving our planet’s precious natural resources.

After graduating from Chico State University with a BS in Business Management, Mark moved to beautiful Lake Tahoe for four years.  Mark then joined a start up company marketing Earth friendly products, and quickly became an integral leader.  During 10 years of hard work, focus, and dedication, Mark’s efforts helped that company become Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing Company in America.

Through his extensive experience in producing videos and live events that place emphasis on taking action and living a more environmentally conscious lifestyle, Mark has been able to enhance green awareness for hundreds of thousands of people.  Mark’s passion, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence as he searches the world to help bring the finest Earth friendly products and health and wellness products to ShopToEarth are his top priority.

Joe LockeVice President of Sales, ShopToEarth Seminars, Joe Locke

Joe Locke grew up in Salisbury, MA and attended Northern Essex College with plans to follow in his father’s footsteps to Boston College.  That plan changed as he and a good friend decided to move to Southern California in hopes of discovery and new opportunities.

While the West Coast opened many doors for Joe, the most significant door was opened in the direct sales industry.  Investing over 10 years of dedicated work and solidifying himself as a top sales person, Joe’s real talent gained notoriety as a National Sales Trainer.  During that time, Joe trained hundreds of thousands of individuals in the direct selling industry and private corporations, generating scores of success to many who continually credit Joe for their success.

Michael Harman, CPA is a partner with the firm of L.L. Bradford and Company, a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada.  His primary focus is business consulting including performing outsourced Chief Financial Officer services and special projects such as assistance with mergers and acquisitions, preparation of SEC filings for public companies.
