Jeff has enjoyed over 20 years of experience in the legal and network marketing industries.  He recently was responsible for completing a merger and acquisition of a direct sales company and thereafter leading the company to increased sales revenues from $250,000 monthly, to over $8 million dollars in monthly revenue, during a period of less than 18 months.  Jeff also helped lead and develop the international expansion of the company and increased the independent sales distributor base from 20,000 distributors, to over 200,000 independent distributors.  He was also involved in the development of a national radio and television marketing campaign for a well known Nutritional Supplement, Direct Sales Company, which resulted in driving sales for the company from $20,000 per month to over $20,000,000.00 per month in approximately two years.

Jeff possesses a broad based business and legal background having handled and tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, dealing in the areas of business litigation, products liability, medical malpractice and real estate.  Jeff has represented and counseled many large direct sales companies with respect to marketing and developing sales channels and compliance issues pertaining to the Federal Trade Commission and the Food and Drug Administration.

Jeff is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, the State Bar of California, and has been a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.  Jeff is also licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.

Total Training has developed strategic partnerships and training programs for some of the world's largest software companies including Adobe, Apple, and Microsoft.

John started Total Training in 1996 when he realized customers of his first start-up, Rent a Mac, a computer reseller and rental business, needed to learn the applications they were purchasing from him.  He partnered with a software expert to create a training series for Adobe After Effects and the response was overwhelming.  13 years later Total Training has trained millions of customers all over the world and continues to be a leader in the marketplace.

Rick ClarkRick Clark

Originally from San Jose, CA Rick earned his Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami.  After spending a year in the Metropolitan Life Insurance Management Training Program, Rick opened Precision Security Systems, Inc. where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Specializing in advanced security systems for residential and commercial properties in South Florida, Precision Security was sold to Guardian International.

Rick and his team opened The Green Balance Company, specializing in environmentally correct soil amendments and nutrients for plants and in 2004 Green Balance acquired Spill King, a company specializing in environmentally correct products for the clean-up of spills of almost any kind.  Today, Green Balance Products can be found nationwide in a variety of applications.

In 2001, Rick and Bill Slater opened up Atlantic Smart Technologies, a low voltage systems contracting company specializing in Security Systems, home automation, audio video systems and lighting control.  Today, AST employs 37 people and is firmly situated in the market place from Miami to Vero Beach.  Rick has served as President and CEO from 2001 to date.

Dawn R. Connelly, J.D.Dawn R. Connelly, J.D.

Dawn practiced commercial litigation at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP in Chicago for eight years, focusing primarily on contract, eminent domain, class action, and product liability disputes.  She has argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, drafted a writ of certiorari petition to the United States Supreme Court, and represented Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar lawsuits.  She also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation.  In her practice of law, Dawn demonstrated a strong personal commitment to pro bono work, for which she was one of two out of 1,000 associates firm-wide to receive an award for "Outstanding Achievement and Commitment to Pro Bono Service in the Community."  Her most fulfilling pro bono accomplishment was winning asylum for an Albanian woman who was sex-trafficked from Albania to Italy where she was raped, beaten, and starved before escaping to Chicago.  Dawn argued before the United States Immigration Court in this highly publicized case that took place over a two year period, and was written up twice in the Chicago Sun Times.

In the fall of 2006, Dawn and her husband moved their family back home to South Florida where she transitioned from the practice of law to full time real estate investing.  She was featured in the December 2007 issue of Money Magazine for her foreclosure investing.  In addition to being a devoted wife and mother, Dawn is committed to preserving the Treasure Coast's endangered ecosystem, a passion which she has pursued in the local community since childhood.  She currently serves on the board of the Young Friends of the Florida Oceanographic Society for which she fundraises and increases awareness of environmental issues.

Dawn graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida, where she served as the Director of Environmental Affairs for the student body.  As a scholarship student, she earned her juris doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  She has clerked for the Honorable Blanche M. Manning of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Dawn is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Gary KingGary King

Gary King is a speaker, author, artist, competitor, engineer and visionary.  Gary has been in leadership roles throughout his life and is known truly as a “Renaissance Man”.  His vast and exhilarating background has enabled him to become an expert in numerous fields.  A near death experience in 1986 has given Gary tremendous depth of insight and a defined sense of purpose and passion for life.

Lillian RobertsLillian Roberts

Born and raised in South Florida, Lillian has become an innovator in the printing marketplace and known for her ability to foresee trends before they become a trend.

In 1993, she bought a BCT franchise in Broward County, growing the company from only eight employees to 60.  BCT Pompano Beach is the third largest BCT in the network and is a wholesale manufacturer of spot and four-color process printing for the retail print trade.

In 1996, Lillian was awarded "Franchisee of the Year" and recently became a member of the National Association of Professional Women.  The company has been featured in Printing Impressions and, in 2003, was recognized by William Shatner's organization, Heartbeat of America, in a segment titled "Keeping America Strong," which was broadcasted to 22 million households nationwide.  BCT Pompano Beach has also been featured in South Florida Business Journal, was named an Inc. 5000 company in 2006 and is the 87th largest manufacturing company in South Florida.

Lillian was integral in leading the company to becoming one of the first 150 companies in the U.S. to become FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, which is a green initiative.  Lillian prides herself on leading a "customer-centric" company that is built on teamwork and integrity.  In the next four years, she plans on doubling the size of the company by re-engineering it into a Web-to-print provider, investing in technology and expanding its product line.

Dr. Frank SabatinoDr. Frank Sabatino

As the Director of Health for the Regency Health Spa in Hallandale, FL, Dr. Sabatino is a Chiropractor with over 30 years of clinical experience and wellness care, and also holds Masters degrees in cell biology and neuroendocrinology from the Emory University School of Medicine.  As an assistant professor at the University of Texas Medical School, Dr. Sabatino did extensive research on nutrition, stress, and aging and has published numerous articles on brain chemistry, women's hormones, clinical nutrition, and aging in major scientific journals and health magazines.  He is also one of an elite group of doctors chosen for the prestigious Brookdale fellowship in gerontology and aging, and is on the advisory Board of Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and the Board of Governors of the International Association of Hygienic Physicians.  Dr. Sabatino is widely recognized as an international expert in holistic health care, clinical nutrition, and the therapeutic benefits of water fasting.  He also enjoys writing, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, playing the blues, and just being with his wife and his five children.
